My name is James Heys. I'm a Remedial Manipulative Massage Therapist/Osteopath based in Sherwood Nottingham. I'm also a Naturopathic practitioner that offers many different types of methods, and techniques used for treating a plethora of pathologies, and ailments. I have trained for many years in Osteopathy and in Remedial Manipulative Massage therapy as well as in Naturopathy. I deal on a daily basis with many wide-reaching issues including Osteo Arthritis, Sciatica, Frozen Shoulder Syndrome, lumbago, trapped nerves, gout, re-hab from acute injuries, right down to things such as earache, migraines, sore feet, improving sleep patterns and giving out nutritional advice.

I also have an extensive background in the martial arts consisting of over 35 years of training in various combat forms as well as studying under two Kung Fu masters who personally taught me Chinese manipulative massage treatment techniques. This gives me the unique standpoint from which to combine the best of both worlds in my therapy approach. I, therefore, have devised a method of combining Western & Eastern remedial techniques which allow me to pinpoint the best most effective, personalized, treatment sessions for my patients.
